At GLH we are aware that quality is not a gift, it is an achievement for which we have to work very hard. The key to our success is ensuring we provide all our customers at all times with quality, courtesy and efficiency.

The management and staff of GLH are totally committed to quality and to achieve this objective, GLH provides all the necessary resources and training to help staff and drivers in doing an excellent job. Quality is the responsibility of everyone and the company ensures that everyone is
familiar with and working to, the company’s written procedures.

To support this belief in the excellence of what we do, GLH operates a Quality Management System to the standard ISO 9001:2009, verified by a recognised certification body. This commitment also
despatchassociationextends to compliance with ISO 14001:2007 and OHSAS 18001:1999, environmental and health and safety standards. This provides both quality, environmental and health and safety assurance for our customers and staff together with an effective
integrated management system for the company.

As an additional mark of quality, GLH are also graded five star by the London Private Hire Car Association and are founder members of the Despatch Association of which our Financial Director, Neil Michaeloudis is currently Chairman.
